When a water cooling Valve malfunctions, start by troubleshooting simple issues. First, check the pressure gauge for normal operation. If the pressure reading is abnormal, the gauge may be damaged or have a loose connection. Eliminate the instrumentation issue first. Next, inspect the cooling water Valve for leaks, especially at the valve body joints or around the adjusting screw. If there are water stains or airflow noises, the seals may be deteriorating or the bolts may be loose. Tighten or replace the seals.
If the Valve cooling system cannot reduce pressure, the valve core may be stuck or the spring may be defective. Try manually adjusting the water cooling Valve's adjusting screw to see if that changes the outlet pressure. If adjustment doesn't work, it may indicate wear on internal components. Disassemble and inspect the valve core and spring. If impurities are found blocking the valve orifice, cleaning may restore normal operation.
Excessive pressure fluctuations are often related to the Valve cooling's response speed or unstable system pressure. First, check for drastic changes in upstream pressure or for residual air in the pipe. A loose exhaust valve or air in the pipe can also cause unstable pressure. Exhaust the air and observe if this improves the situation. If the problem persists, you may need to replace the cooling Valve or install a voltage stabilizer.
