The water cooling Check Valve is designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with GB12235 standards. The disc moves along its centerline, and the bushing is made of a special material with excellent wear resistance and low friction coefficient, ensuring flexible and reliable operation and excellent sealing performance. It is widely used in pipelines in various working conditions, including the petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, and power industries.

Operating Principle:

1. The disc of the cooling water Check Valve slides along the vertical centerline of the valve body. When pressure is applied to the inlet, it overcomes the spring resistance, causing the valve to open.

2. When the inlet pressure is lower than the outlet pressure, the spring pushes the valve core against the valve seat, closing the valve and preventing backflow of the medium, thus acting as a check valve.

3. If the Check Valve cooling system is used in a vertical installation, the spring is omitted; the disc's own weight and the pressure of the backflow fluid provide the check valve.

4. The water cooling Check Valve features a simple structure, few components, and light weight, making it widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, and urban construction.

Main Features:

1. The Check Valve cooling is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB12236, offering a rational structure, reliable sealing, and attractive appearance.

2. The sealing surfaces of the cooling Check Valve disc and seat are welded with Stellite cobalt-based carbide, providing wear resistance, high temperature resistance, excellent abrasion resistance, and long service life.

3. A variety of piping flange standards and flange sealing surface types can be used to meet various project needs and user requirements.

4. A comprehensive range of valve body materials is available, and packing and gaskets can be selected based on actual operating conditions or user requirements, adapting to various pressure, temperature, and media conditions.

5. The disc rotates around a pin outside the valve seat, reducing the impact of strong impact during closing.

Design and Manufacturing Standards:

1. Structural Length Standard: GB/T 12221-2005.

2. Connecting Flange Standard: GB/T 9113.

3. Pressure and temperature rating: GB/T 12224-2005.

4. Test and inspection standard: GB/T 13927-2008.
