There are many types of water cooling Valve, so the installation methods are also quite diverse. So what are the installation matters of cooling water Valve?

The following are the matters needing attention when installing Valve cooling system:
1. The piping of any water cooling Valve must be accurate. If the position is not right, it cannot be forced to turn to avoid leaving stress;
2. Before using low-temperature Valve cooling, they must be opened and closed in a cold environment to ensure that they can work normally;
3. Large-sized sanitary gate valves and pneumatic sanitary regulating valves should be installed vertically to prevent the valve core from tilting and increasing the wear between the bushing;
4. The valve stem of the liquid valve should be configured to be at an angle of 10° with the horizontal plane to prevent the liquid from flowing out along the valve stem and causing various adverse effects;
5. After any cooling Valve is installed, open and close it again to ensure that there is no jamming.
