Is your factory's piping system constantly leaking? After some investigation, I discovered the problem might be with the Valve cooling. As a familiar face of industrial piping, improperly used cooling water Valve are indeed prone to problems.

Valve cooling system operate by moving the gate up and down, theoretically providing excellent sealing and low resistance. However, many people choose the wrong model. For example, using a water cooling Valve for a high-temperature pipeline can easily deform due to thermal expansion; or choosing a cooling Valve for a high-pressure pipeline can lead to insufficient pressure resistance and leakage.

When choosing an cooling water Valve, first consider the pressure rating—for pipeline pressures below 1.6 MPa, choose PN16; for pressures above 2.5 MPa, choose PN25. Next, consider the material: 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance in chemical pipelines and chromium-molybdenum steel for high-temperature pipes. Finally, pay attention to the sealing surface: hard seals (copper alloy/stainless steel) are more durable than soft seals (rubber) and are suitable for dusty environments.
