How To Choose The Various Valve Types Of Data Center Liquid Cooling Valve

Valve data center come in three types: single-flap, double-flap, and multi-flap. The single-flap type has only one seat channel and one disc and is suitable for cooling Valve. The double-flap type has two discs and two seat channels and is suitable for cooling water Valve. The multi-flap type is suitable for Valve cooling with a nominal size of DN600 and above. When the medium stops flowing or flows back, the multiple small discs will not close simultaneously, greatly reducing hydraulic shock. When choosing a water cooling Valve, if the medium flow rate and pressure are low, a single-flap type can be selected; for larger flow rates and larger diameters, a double-flap or multi-flap type is more suitable to effectively reduce hydraulic shock and protect pipelines and equipment.
