Technical Requirements:

  1. The maximum internal operating pressure of the manifold is 10 bar. A pressure test and 100% inspection are performed before shipment.
  2. Piping is made of 304 stainless steel, and the welding process must comply with relevant national standards.
  3. Before shipment, the manifold must be flushed to remove impurities. After flushing, the internal fluid must be drained and the pipe must be sealed. All external connections must be sealed with plugs or shutters to prevent impurities from entering during packaging, transportation, and loading and unloading.
  4. The surface roughness of the manifold must meet the Ra 1.6 standard, centered on the threaded hole and within a diameter of 18 mm.
  5. After the corresponding parts (plugs, stoppers, or hose assemblies) are installed on the manifold support, the perpendicularity between the parts and the manifold surface must be ≤ 0.1 mm.
