Liquid cooling quick connectors are widely used in liquid cooling systems. They are primarily used to quickly connect and disconnect the fluid flow path within the cooling system. They typically consist of two main components: a plug(Nipple) and a socket(coupling).
Their working principle relies primarily on internal valves and sealing structures. When the plug is inserted into the socket, the valve opens, allowing the cooling fluid to flow; when the plug is removed, the valve automatically closes, preventing leakage. Furthermore, a sealing ring seals the plug and socket, ensuring a tight seal at the connection.
