What Preparations Should Be Made Before Installing A Liquid Cooling Ball Valve?

Before installing water cooling Ball Valve, the following preparations need to be made:
1. Prepare the pipes connected to the cooling water Ball Valve, and the front and rear pipes must be coaxial, and the two flange sealing surfaces should be parallel; the installed pipes can withstand the weight of the Ball Valve cooling system, otherwise appropriate supports need to be installed.
2. Clean the connecting pipes and clean the internal dirt and impurities.
3. Check the mark of the water cooling Ball Valve and open and close it several times to ensure that it can be put into normal operation.
4. Remove the maintenance parts on the flanges on both sides of the Ball Valve cooling.
5. Clean the valve hole and valve seat, blow away fine particles and impurities, and avoid wear on the sealing surface.
