Liquid Cooling Check Valve Main Features And Performance Principles
water cooling Check Valve stem, spring, and disc. When the pump is turned on, the disc rises under the thrust of the water, opening the cooling water Check Valve. Simultaneously, the spring is rapidly closed by pressure. When the water flow approaches zero, the disc is fully closed. This prevents backflow and generates no force, thus preventing water hammer.
Features: 1) Prevents water hammer. 2) Silent closing. 3) Minimal head loss. 4) Wide range of applications. 5) Excellent sealing performance. Suitable for both clean water and sewage drainage systems.
The Check Valve cooling system features a water cooling Check Valve body with a non-metallic sealing element. The Check Valve cooling is generally installed horizontally and connected to the pipe via a flange.
Working Principle:
1. The cooling Check Valve is primarily used at pump outlets. It quickly prevents water hammer when the pump is stopped.
2. When the pump is turned on, the Check Valve data center disc rises under the thrust of the water, opening the valve. Simultaneously, the spring forces the valve to close rapidly. When the water flow approaches zero, the disc is fully closed.
3. Water backflow is eliminated. Since water cannot flow back, no kinetic energy is generated, thus preventing water hammer.
Main Features:
1. The three-in-one quick-closing check valve combines the functions of a stop, throttle, and check valve, replacing the three valves at the pump outlet, achieving multiple uses with one valve.
2. It can be used as an automatic balancing and distributing valve in pipelines. Once the flow rate is initially adjusted, no adjustments are required, regardless of whether the pump is stopped or restarted, maintaining the adjusted flow rate.
3. When the pump is stopped, the valve disc automatically and quickly checks back, closing smoothly and without water hammer.
4. To ensure a secure seal during long-term pump shutdown or repairs, the valve stem can be screwed all the way down, pressing against the disc to function as a shutoff valve. The JLH multifunctional shutoff, throttling, and check valve replaces the three valves required in traditional pipeline installations: a shutoff valve, a regulating valve, and a check valve, significantly reducing investment, space, and installation costs.
5. The disc can be lifted even at low pump outlet pressure, allowing fluid to flow. It operates at 0.04-0.07 kgf/cm².
6. When fluid flow is reduced due to shutdown, the disc is spring-loaded, closing the valve. This effectively prevents water hammer caused by reverse flow in conventional check valves.
7. The multifunctional check valve's sealing gasket is made of synthetic rubber, which absorbs the impact of closing the disc and provides a reliable seal.
Main Features:
1. A single valve perfectly performs three functions: a water-hammer-free check valve, a gate valve, and a balancing valve.
2. When the pump stops, spring force closes the valve disc first, preventing water hammer.
3. Pump output can be adjusted by adjusting the valve opening.
4. An indicator is installed to confirm the valve opening degree.
5. The sealing gasket is made of butyl rubber, which prevents leakage and absorbs shock.
6. The spring is made of stainless steel, making it highly corrosion-resistant.
7. It saves water, equipment materials, and costs, and reduces installation space.
8. Its streamlined shape and structure minimize pressure drop.
9. As a bypass, it recovers water from the outlet pipe and replenishes water when a vacuum occurs on the inlet side.
10. It can be installed on both horizontal and vertical pipes.
